Mischa barton was born the 24th of January, 1986 in Hammersmith, the United Kingdom. In the TV show The O.C. she played Marissa Cooper a socialite. Comaneci has also been involved with a wide range of charities, serving as one of both the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association board of directors as well as the Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. In the years since, she is still a major supporter of numerous other charities in her native Romania. They include her involvement with the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital.
