In an interview that Cara did with Rap Up, this particular track had lots of meaning for many people who listened to her personal story of learning to accept and love yourself. Cara's tracks often contain positive thoughts about mental wellness and the importance of loving oneself. Everything stems from her personal experience as she been battling mental health issues and insomnia. In a Reuters interview, she's described her album as half-tumultuous however, it is half finished.
