Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe came from a multicultural family. She was born in South London. Her father is Nigerian and Swiss and her mother is English. She was raised on the southern part of London Council Estate, and then attended The Brit School aged 14. She graduated with a BA in acting from The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. At the academy, she appeared in numerous stage productions, such as the King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began her acting career with a film titled Storm Damage. Since then Madekwe's appearance in Teachers and Doctors. Her first role in a film was Woody Allen's 2007 film Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. Following this acclaim, she played Elisha on her role on the BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN and was featured on six of the episodes Trexx as well as Flipside. In the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl was her first appearance in 2008 playing Bambi. Madekwe played the lead role for How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others. The comedy that was released in the year 2008. Her credits in theatre includes Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams and Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe officially made her US debut with The Beautiful Life in 2009. The series aired only two episodes on The CW, and was then cancelled. Ashley Davenport was her role in the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe was a regular on the drama series on ABC Revenge for two seasons. The show was announced in May 2013 that she'd leave the series after making an appearance in the very first season of the third. Between 2014 and 2016, Madekwe was a star as Tituba on the show Salem. Then, in June of 2012 Madekwe married her long-time boyfriend actor Iddo Goldberg. They've collaborated on Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and he has also appeared alongside Madekwe in the television series Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with an extended family. Ashley Leggat was a part of Roy and Patty as well her older siblings: Brett, Todd and Bram and Rob. Ashley's four brothers, all very athletic, played hockey in the winter and baseball during the summer, so she basically grew up in baseball and arenas. Ashley didn't walk, instead she danced. At age two and half, she found Baby Ballet. Ashley began to develop a love of dancing when she began Baby Ballet. Ashley continued to dance competitively throughout high school in top divisions such as ballet, tap, Jazz, Pointe, Acrobatics, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and much more. Additionally, she was awarded best soloist awards at all major dance contests, like the International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more.
