Ari Meyers is an American former actor. She was Emma Jane McArdle as part of the Kate & Allie TV series. Ari Meyers (born 6 April 1969 in San Juan Puerto Rico), is an actor who is best known for the character of Emma Jane McArdle, in Kate & Allie. Tara Meyers, who starred in Another World on television, is Ari's mother. Ari had a talent for art from a very young age. When Ari was four years old she composed a script for a show called The Super Majic Show for her nursery school. The script was written by Ari as well as the songs. Ari, who is also an actor, was the director for every actor in the play. In 1980 Ari landed her first major part as the stepdaughter of Al Pacino in the movie Author! Author!.
