Angela Sun

Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County in California on the 19th of October, 1979. She is an American sportscaster journalist documentary filmmaker and television host. She graduated from University of California with a master's degree in communication and sociology. Sun has a great surfing ability. After taking part in a few pro-am surfer contests, she was offered sponsorship by Roxy Reef Billabong Vans and many other large companies. Her recognition from these surfing events was like rocket fuel that helped her get into the world of entertainment. She later worked as an actress, sportscaster, investigative journalist, and film-director. Sun has been employed by a variety of news networks, mostly as anchor. She was a Fox Sports Net correspondent in 2003. She also been host of American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman as well as Jonny Moseley in the year 2012. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute during 2014. She was the first Asian American presenter to air on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports as well as Tennis Channel. Sun's acting skills have earned her notoriety. Sun has been in a variety of movies, such as Goliath (2017) Hit the Floor (2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009) Shackled (2015) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2005). In 2014 Sun came out with Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch a full-length documentary on the effects of marine pollution caused by plastic and its impact on the ecosystem.
